The Cheriton Players

February 9, 2014

The choice of play for our spring production, which this year will be more like a summer one as it is in June, has been narrowed down to two: Beyond a Joke by Derek Benfield (performed by Cheriton Players 30 years ago) and Oh Clarence! by John Chapman, a comedy based on Blandings by PG Wodehouse. Readings/casting are to be held on Monday 10th and Monday 17th February at 7.30pm in Cheriton village hall. All are welcome, whether reading for a part or not –  we always welcome newcomers, young or old, to act or help backstage.

Please bring your diary, bring a friend and bring your enthusiasm to what should be a couple of entertaining evenings. We hope to cast on or shortly after the 17th with a view to starting rehearsals on Monday 3rd March. Rehearsals will be Mondays and Fridays mainly.
